Basudev Lodge

One of the worst experience I had countered on 20th of April. The price of the room was 1800 for non AC and 2000 for an AC room. But it was the worst hospitality. It was the time of midnight there was no electricity but for the backup they don't have the generator too. The fans are not working, The AC was not working. They don't have the mosquito killer. Me and my wife gone through a terrific situation. We slept at the morning 4.30 am and when I had complained about the situation the manager was replying they had gone through the same situation. But the thing is that we had paid for the room. Moreover they don't have the resturant facility too. We had ordered food from outside. I recommend everyone to find a homestay nearby or go check out other hotel but don't even try this so called Basudev. Hilarious hotel with poor hospitality.

Nice Lodge, Room is Good. Room No 105 & 104 have a geyser. In February month 2022 Room rent 1200 per day. There is a TV in every room and also AC . Staff behaviour is good.
