THE GRAND INN RESORT

I had dined at The Grand Inn for the first time back in January, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious--crunchy, flavorful crispy chili baby corn, a perfectly cooked sizzler, and tender Afghani chicken. The mocktail I had, called Love Dream, was refreshing and beautifully balanced with berries. I had genuinely looked forward to going back. It was actually a 5 star experience. Unfortunately, my second visit a few days ago was a complete letdown. I had specifically wanted a continental sizzler, but without confirming or informing us, they served a Chinese sizzler instead. There was no communication about availability, and the server didn't clarify anything before placing the order. Even the Chinese sizzler didn't come with sauteed vegetables, which was really disappointing. To make things worse, mocktails weren't available because they ran out of ice--which felt quite unprofessional for a restaurant of this standard. The sizzlers were served in foil instead of the usual cabbage leaves, and the plate was so hot it ended up burning my chicken slightly. Despite all this, we were billed for the continental sizzler, which costs 100 more than the Chinese one--again, a clear billing error. Overall, the second experience was extremely disappointing and completely different from my first visit. It genuinely ruined my evening. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on consistency, communication, and service quality.

What a nice option to have in Doomdooma! It's a perfect place for a family outing, celebrating a special ones birthday or an anniversary! Also if you inform the staff in advance they can help you make your celebration special with a cake etc! Try it out ! The best part of the Bayleaf restaurant is their food! It has been the talk of the town! Gives you a really good experience without having to go far ! The chef and his team are very experienced and also very skilled! The food looks good along with the place and is very instagramable I also would like to mention that the behavior of the staff is so good that everyone who visits there have had a pleasant and have been treated well! The cost of the place is extremely reasonable and you can easily have a full course meal with sweet dishes for an average of 500 - 1000 rs depending on the items you are ordering! They also have the facilities to have large gatherings, private birthday and anniversary parties even engagement and weddings at their party halls ! Overall I am very excited and proud of this place in Doomdooma giving us an opportunity to relax, unwind and feel good without having to go far away !

I had visited Doomdooma with my friends after a couple of years and I was really surprised to see this newly opened resort in town. I ate at their restaurant The Bay Leaf, the quality and taste of the food was amazing. The staff was very well trained and the interior was outstanding .I was lucky to meet the owners of the resort and restaurant. Mr Trinayan Hazarika was kind enough to give us a tour of the whole resort. It was a very well done space with 2 banquet halls, outdoor gazebos and party space with a pool and fountain. The rooms were super spacious and with different bed setups. It was great to see such a set up come to the town of Doomdooma it was much needed.

This place truly stands out for its incredible fusion of delicious food and warm hospitality. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommended for families and foodies seeking authentic, culturally-rich dining experiences."

Nice place, the staff was very polite and helpful, The food was really good, much better than expected. Some people may find it not that good because not everyone has same sense of taste. Nice place to dine with family and for birthday parties.

The veg platter was awesome. The taste of the stuffed potatoes in that was just wow.. the cream mushroom soup was yummy..The price of all the food item is very affordable , the ambience is beautiful and the staff members are very good. Do visit and enjoy it

It was a good experience however order the food in one go, because they take a lot of time to prepare it.
