Singhason Hotel & Restaurant (2 Star Hotel)

The manager and receptionist were extremely rude, impolite and nosy. They talked with a sarcastic and taunting tone and refused to serve us when we pointed out their bad behaviour.

I went w my brother on my bday.. And food was pretty good tbh.. And staff was well mannered

The experience was pathetic. I have never seen such irresponsible and misbehaviour staff in my life. That man who' s sitting in the reception is such manner less and highly rude and a disgusting person. I was recently visited diphu with my husband, when my husband left for his work from the hotel room I was alone then he came at the door and knocking inappropriately and I asked him what's the matter he said "nai eku Hua nai " after some time again pushing the door. Basically who is the owner please look into the matter of security and safety. He is not a suitable person for that post. And one more thing we said that we will check out at 9:30 am then his boys came to me and said that "sabi tu di diyok" in Early in the morning which is 7am I said why I should give the key now he replied that " Etya diya and pxt diya ekei kthaa " What is this? The owner u have to know these things and take action. Disgusting behaviour of staffvery disappointed.

Manager's behaviour is very rude and judgemental....rooms are very smelly...bithrooms are dirty

First time in Diphu. Visit this hotel for lunch only. In the Bar we had beer and snacks. Then the main course fried rice and Pork Bamboo shoots. Test is good. Service is a bit late response. We are in the main restaurant. Their cottage is also in the garden. The restaurant is in the main building, we have not gone there. The price is moderate. Car parking is open and available.

The thali that they recently introduced is delicious

Food was awesome and service is also good.

It's pleasant to visit and has a great vibe.
