Ordered this food so called "FINGER CHIPS" from Swiggy today and this is the level of professionalism they're maintaing. No seasoning no taste. This is the quality of food they are serving. I threw it and even streets don't wanna chew it. Totally disappointed.

Food quality very cheap, Rates are like 5 . Behaviour of service staff is very poor, not professional. Room size very small as compared to rate. Don't recommend for fooding or lodging.

Very small room. Not well planned. Basic business is to run sweet shop which is in ground floor. No dedicated personnel available for hotel service. Not well managed. Quality of food not so good. No intercom available, to call some service need to call through mobile. Calling bell not working condition. It is understood from hotel staff that due to covid pandemic all functions are now beyond control. Will review after improvement of situation.

The food is not that great. And the place where they keep their sweet is also very unhygienic. They have lots of the things om the menu but when you order it, the reply you would get - sorry ma'am we don't have that. Some rice items are too sweet to be rice. The food is not tasty at all.
