Hotel Star D'Lite Restaurant & Lodging

I had to book a room due to an emergency. I paid 1200 INR for this small room ( it had an AC, but with an incomplete wall ) Apart from being very congested, the bathroom was extremely small and pathetic. The problems didn't end there. I asked them to change the bedsheet due to some burnt cigarette marks on it. They replaced it, but with one that had a huge stain on it. When I asked, the cleaning lady said it was just a stain from roses. I mean, what? Then, while I was staying, a small mouse was roaming around the room. I informed the owner, who laughed and sent a man to check, but apparently, he didn't find the mouse. I had to stay because I was exhausted from my journey and preoccupied with other matters. However, this is for everyone who wants to book a room there, just think twice before booking.

I ordered Mutton Curry through Zomato. It took 2 hours to cook the dish. Even after that, the food was half-cooked. It was filled with artificial colour to make it look cooked. The taste was horrible. It was a horrible experience.

Blankets are smelly,cleanliness should be maintained
