Super Collection O Trinayan Associates

One of the unhygienic & dusted out hotel with no good quality food. Cleanliness is not maintained. No adjusted washroom provided for a/c level rooms.

We are staying in room 108 on the first floor of the Trinayan hotel .the room was clean nd nice but the food is very expensive and there is a female employee who was drinking when she came to serve us food ..she smelled of alcohol in her mouth ..Do you employ such employees? Do response of that kind of staff Hope NXT time won't get any of that kind of service.

This hostel is basically running for business without the emotions of customers. I don't understand why they cant provide towels n soap when i asked them i felt like i demanded something wrong , they are just taking the customers from oyo and i dont think so they have customer retention also and my suggestion is dont take this hotel. Food prices are super high without any reason better to leave this hotel and go for somewhere else

Sharing facts and will leave it for readers to decide: 1) it is a homestay with rules. Remove your shoes, can't bring outside food and more 2) they would clean bed or bathroom but all wardrobes and almirahs are dirty 3) very small washrooms 4) will only sell water bottles and won't provide water to drink. Rigid with pointless rules like one towel per room, can't give iron 5) for whatever reason: A/C are not much effective. Top floor, too much heat, Old A/C 6) Incorrect address mentioned on most of the platforms including Google with no direct contact In summary they would like to earn money from their home but want to control guests with as less effort and cost as possible (not expensive though.. a good point) Few helper are good and few stubborn.

I booked through oyo app and there was no room available when i reached the destination. Worst experience ever

It is a extremely horrible hotel, i booked this hotel through oyo and they confirmed my booking. I called the hotel one day earlier and told them that i will check in at 6 am morning with my dad who is a senior citizen. But, when i reached there they didn't open the gate and told us to leave the property as there are no rooms left in their hotel. I told about the previous conversation and about the online booking but they refused the booking of online booking. I feel very shame in front of my parents. It was really a horrible behavior of the hotel staff, because they asked to leave the property. And don't use oyo also as they did not confirmed the hotel and they only mail the staff. They don't care about the customer situation. They take any kind of low rated hotels and the connection between the oyo and hotel is very poor.

I won't recommend this associates.. Search other hotel in oyo in dibrugarh... They Charge extra money of amount Rs. 1500 extra than the mentioned price in OYO app. This is really very bad. They also don't provide Water from filter. We have to buy from them. Food from Swiggy Or outside is not allowed. Staff is rude. Bathrooms are dirty. No hangers to hang clothes. They have TV but no service. They also charge extra money for the property but don't meet the expectations as shown in oyo app. Very much disappointed.

Worst hotel in dibrugarh, totally avoid this one at any cost, at first they will take bookings through online or any other booking apps, then they will deny your booking by saying they don't take online bookings anymore, they will say it's not there problem, absolutely useless management there, then even they have availability they will not give you a room as they will take it up on their ego, "WORST EXPERIENCE".... To the hotel - : I don't care whoever you are tied up with and how you get your bookings, it's your responsibility to honour a confirmed booking, in fact the useless manager showed in his mobile that it has been confirmed. I wish I could have given zero star.
