Raj Meridian Hotel, Dibrugarh

Property is good. Location also good. But first entry to hotel is messy. U have to find out the check in desk because its located at 5th floor. So no guest welcome at gate because there will be no one. Second if you are stating u and feel thirsty please bring your own water as after two half liter bottle u have to pay for it. Room service is not so good. U have to call several times to ask to remove utensils if u have ordered in room service. When the food will come dont expect any napkins or tissue as its not the duty of person who serves good as i am told during my stay. Its the duty of housekeeping. Food quality and taste awesome. U find some hospitality in restaurant but not in room dining. Overall experience very poor. My third time stay and will now think before booking.

Everything about this is good. I especially was surprised to see their breakfast spread, which is at par to any other high stared hotels. I really hope to see they maintain the quality of their service in future. The food is a little expensive. But over all it is good place to put up. The location is definitely an added advantage that works in their favour.

One of the best property in Dibrugarh with ample space in the rooms and common area. The restaurant was very neatly designed and had modern outlook. Even the Food we had was top class. Parking wise also big area underneath the building even though it was a shared one with the Supermarket

I had been to Dibrugarh in Nov '23 for a business trip and stayed at this property. Then it was newly built, so the paints, decor, installations and fixtures appeared new and sparking clean. Staff were courteous, food was good and prices were reasonable. Overall, the location is nice and reaching any place around town was convenient. ||||If you are on business, please do consider this property. If you are travelling for leisure, this could arguably be one of your top options.

A very decent experience of staying in the hotel for 5 nights for a business trip. The manager Pranjit is very helpful and resourceful. Service and food was good as well. Breakfast was good too. So overall a good experience.

Wonderful property, spacious rooms, atrium lobby, huge restaurant attached with bar, open terrace seating arrangements. People are professional. A good experience. I wish them all the best for heightened level of service in times to come.

Did not have a good experience. Throughout our stay the room wifi was not working properly. The room did not have a proper food menu for room service and the prices were also not properly nentioned

The worst service received by the restaurant....if this level of service is provided in a small gathering of an event then you should stop arranging such event parties... For just a menu card we waited for around 45:00 mins.. N even after continuous asking the waiter to clear the table ...he was not doing so.. If you cannot control the gathering and do not serve well then it's useless to run such an restaurant..
