Pushkara Sarovar Portico Dibrugarh

Basis the town & location rating it 4 star as it's only the Hotel of any branded chain available in Dibrugarh. Food is good, service is fine. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. They don't have to gym. Good to have a halt for overnight.

Rooms and service guys are great. The front office girls needs some further counselling. Somehow their attitude is not welcoming, rather intimidating. However, on the flip side the service and restaurant guys are very amiable, helpful and receptive. There should be a few rooms earmarked for smokers, or the hotel should designate some smoking arenas which are displayed prominantly. The food quality is good. All in all a very good place for family.

I went there and asked to park my motorcycle with luggage in the porch due to heavy rain and they refused, saying parking is only in the uncovered area a little away from the hotel building. No concept of consideration for and understanding the guests requirements. So I decided not to stay at the hotel.

Good hotel in the dibrugarh area. Nice and clean rooms. Good and polite staff at the reception and at the cafeteria. Breakfast has multiple options and the taste is good for all the items. The hotel ambience is excellent despite the surrounding area. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this place during my official visit.

We had an excellent 5 night stay at Pushkara Sarovar Portico in Dibrugarh. I had a somewhat unusual itinerary and booked the stay on the official Sarovar website via two separate PNRs: two nights of single occupancy, followed by two additional rooms for 3 nights for the rest of the travel group (family). All our special requests were accommodated by the hotel: late check in for me, early check in and late check out for the rest of the pax, rooms on the same floor despite needing a smoking room for myself. The staff were super courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and appetizing F&B. The location of the hotel is of particular highlight for our requirements - being on the bypass, commute to our points of interest was free of city congestion. I found this hotel to be real value for money. Expect to be visiting Dibrugarh again in a few months time, and Pushkara will again be my top choice for accommodation.

The place was wonderful. Jail Babu and Gitika at the restaurant offered exemplary service. Food was awesome. Stay was very comfortable.

Very comfortable , hygienic, clean and modern ambience. The service from the staff is excellent, they curteous, attentive and very efficient. The food preparation is also good, the chef takes the time to attend to you I woukd highly recommend this establishment..
