Nice hotel but lift doesn't work when there is no light.

Overpriced as per room condition.service gone worst day by day.bathroom was too smeelly even no handwash was there.walls are dirty rooms are dirty.management are not responding if anyone rising the issue.cob webs are everywhere in room

Good rooms and services to stay

I will say it is way overpriced on keeping in mind that the rooms conditions are really bad. Until and unless you need a urgent room in market area. I wont suggest this hotel. The staffs are not interactive, On one occasion i simply asked the Reception to change the bedsheets and all they have to reply was "It is still clean ".The white bedsheets are almost brown in my room. After my failed requests of several times, they changed it. U are spending 3k and all u get is dirty walls, Dirty bedsheets. One will be simply wasting money and mental peace. Opt for other hotels in market area. Kusum hotelis not a place to be ever stayed.

Very good experience with this property. Clean rooms with quality service. Though for food we had to wait for a very long time anyway it was freshly made and taste was very good. Room tariff is also reasonable. The location is also very good.

Beheviour of some manager is not good, body language,mode of talking is not satisfactory. Service are not Good . management are very Bad. Bathroom Is A smale & Water is not working. But Two services Man is Good .

It's a nice compact hotel situated opposite to Vishal Mega Mart. Don't get fooled by the small entrance, it's rooms are quite nice and clean and also very high quality. Price is very reasonable and they also offer good quality food here. Recommended for anyone who is staying in Dibrugarh town.
