Hotel Samrat

Verry poor experience. the manager's behaviour is to much rude, He always spying on corridor. When you go outside , you can't take your room key with you. He insults badly if guest are coming from other state. He turn the conversation into political propaganda, when there is no connection with it.

This is a very average hotel with a good location. It is located at closest proximity to Dibrugarh Town railway station. This hotel is popular for budget travelers and working professionals.

I am in this hotel today 15 September 2023. Very very bad service, big bugs in the room. I didn't say anything about the bathroom
