Hotel O 71156 Hotel Jaybee's

Customer care said I get a wifi ,gizar, attached bathroom ,tv ,well good bed also. But I didn't get a wifi , gizar is a defect tv is not working and while you turn on sleeping time on a bed is huge sound like a broken . But cleaning is good so perfect clean service

On 24 th January 2024 I booked room in this hotel through Oyo app but the hotel owner refused to give room after asking me the price charged in booking. The owner was very rude with me and I couldn't feel safe while talking to him. This is a very serious issue in response to the guest. After I complained and customer support officer had tried but couldn't get any solution for it as thay didn't find any suitable hotel that matches my previously booked priced. Eventually, i had to stay somewhere and I need my money back so, I told them to cancel my this booking and refund my amount, so I can arrange the hotel myself. After that the booking was cancel and I got refund Rs. 1111/- . As you can understand the situation here is not my fault. Oyo Fagship 7156 Hotel Jaybee's is very unprofessional attitude and greedy in terms of hospitality service which will effect not only your reputation also safety of the guest. I have received Rs. 99 less amount of amount money. Rs.99 is not a big amount of money but under such circumstances do you really think I had to pay Rs.99 for anything. This might be happening to anyone which is not acceptable. Don't book rooms in this hotel and I recommen everyone to stay safe. This kind of greedy people can do anything for money.

The room was clean and staffs were very good . The only issue is when booked via Oyo it shows less amount but upon reaching the hotel you are made to pay a total of 1000/- which is not what's decided in Oyo . Rest it's a couple friendly hotel inside the main market with clean rooms and good staffs

Overall room is decent good , as I know this hotel is registered in OYO, so I booked a room in 450rupees for one day through Oyo app , when i reached the hotel the receptionist girl asking us extra 600 rupees and said they did not recieve oyo booking for some issues between them ... They also provide meal , I order veg thali per Thali cost 100 rupees , and thali is totally worst

Rooms are below average. Room service is terrible. Food is average. It's on second floor and no lift available. Overall an value for money hotel if you're planning on to stay on a budget.

Not as satisfactory.... before alloting any room the employee of the hotel should look after whether the room is properly clean or not... not just changing pillow cover and bedsheet

Great place to stay at a decent budget. Staff behaviour is excellent. They are very cordial. Recommended for couples and friends.

Not so clean rooms, but for the price it's understandable. Bathrooms aren't very good either, just the toilet seat is very clean for some reason.
