HOTEL NANDINI, DIBRUGARH

It's a very well hotel in this range and also staff behavior is good love it

Dirty room and the washroom was so unhygienic And room has no cozy environment...no TV and AC service are available there The photos are fake .... Horrible experience

It's a scam. The OYO listing shows the price as 850, but when I reached they asked for 1400 saying that the extra are for charges for the hotel. The room was very small (barely enough room for two) and dilapidated. Unclean bedsheets, unclean walls, unclean bathroom. This is probably the worst hotel in dibrugarh. I hope the authorities crack down on their predatory tactics of luring customers and giving them the worst experience of their lifetime.

They charged Rs.1000 of Non AC Room. Dirty bathroom, not working TV. No service. And the most ridiculous thing is that you can't order food from outside restaurant. When I informed on Oyo service they didn't help me and even they are not taking the phone call

They charge you 1400+ for just a non ac room. The rooms r dirty and congested, and the tv is a 50/50 mostly it dosent work and even it it does stil you'll only have them free channels to watch. Location was very good previously when DGBT station was functioning, But now with that being out of operation the location is no longer a positive. Overall it's a huge no from my side to anyone looking to find accomodation in dibrugarh

zero ratting for them , i booked the hotel when i reached dibrugarh early mrng by bus, then they said cheak in is available after 12 pm , the phone attendet tell me to cancel the booking and cheak in directly ofline mode, then i was waiting down the hottel and ringing the calling bell but no one is responded , about 1 houre i wati for response, very bad service

Worst experience I had in this hotel. First they will not giving you any single room as per your book they charge more money to stay , Very poor hygiene I got full rashes in my body and very bad location full of Rotten Smell and noise.
