Hotel Luit Regency

Location is good but rooms are very dirty, i hardly stay only one night, bathrooms are not cleaned at all, beds are not comfortable, fan not working, ac not working.. Bathrooms doesn't have any soap stand to keep, no hanger. Overall totally unhygienic and dirty. Can Get a far better room easily at same price in another hotel.

Rooms are so so but very dirty specially bathroom which was full of earthworms and the bed sheet as well as blanket are also very dirty. I requested the honor to keep things neat and clean.

Very bad experience. No proper room service. Rooms and beds are not clean. Toilets are not well maintained. Bed seems to be damaged.

Situated in the heart of the town, very clean and tidy rooms, very affordable price too.... room service is awesome, staffs are very polite... what else you want ????
