Hotel Little Palace

Stayed only for a night so can't comment on many a thing but loved the food,Especially the chefs special non veg platter. Biryani was okayish. The ground floor rooms were bit damp but renovation was underway on most of the floors so hopefully it gets better.

This hotel is not for any wedding events or anything else,if you are looking for any such events ,please don't do it here, they are pathetic is customer service, they don't even know how to respect the sentiments of the customer. Whatever I have seen today was the weirdest thing I have seen in my life. They only need their money,but what about the service , bathrooms are blocked , ac are not working properly, if we complain about it,nobody is going to hear.. Pathetic

Most third class hotel in the world. Idk how this property is rated 3star. Worst worst worst worst worst hotel. Disgusting behaviour of the Manager (any time drunk). Zero network inside the room, even at your emergency you'll die,,but you won't get network to call someone,, Wi-Fi is not working. I just asked the manager why wi fi is not work, their reply was like server issues maam we can't do anything, its been 4 days here in Little Palace, still server issues not resolved,, Apart from this food is good but too much rate, which shouldn't according to quality &quantity. Person in restaurant and room service is cooperative They have more focus on money collection. This kind of property should be stop here in state. So disgusting, worst

Most third class hotel in the world. Food is not good. If you order something they will first say it is not available. If you ask water they will reply "cha vej du".... Tv is not running properly. Food quality is third class. Limited options of breakfast. Even if you order something in breakfast you will definitely get it after half an hour. People should avoid this hotel. Worst experience of food, service and room. If you order food salad they will only give you pineapple. If you order boiled vej they will not provide it. Worst worst worst worst worst hotel.

From the location point of view it's good. But the service to the customer is very poor. They have more focus on money collection. During our stay we couldn't sleep for loud music in the banquet hall of the hotel. After requesting so many times to the manager also we didn't get any response. From my point of view don't stay in the hotel.

Manager was rude that's it . I left my ring in the bathroom and it was precious for me but when I asked to check it they didn't checked properly and replied me very rudely. Sorry sir for this review but you could help me out but you didn't. Rooms were clean everything was perfect but you didn't helped me .

The whole experience at Hotel Little palace was beautiful. The staff was great and provided the best service I could imagine. They addressed all the needs such as decoration and accommodated my husband and I accordingly. I highly recommend for any special events such as anniversaries. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. There were many meal options so you cannot miss out on anything. Additionally, the room was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view of the Brahmaputra river. Thank you again for making our day memorable
