The hotel is situated at a very convenient location. The hotel rooms are very beautiful, well decorated and has all the required facilities such as kettle for tea, handwash, soap, etc. However the tv wasn't working and the mechanic was less interested in fixing the issue. The only thing that needs improvement is the cleaning staff of the hotel. They didn't clean the room well nor changed our sheets and didn't even listen to us when we told to clean the bathroom. I m just concerned how far this hotel will operate with such poor cleaning staff. The cleanliness of the hotel is at stake. Overall the hotel is really beautiful and luxurious but I think staff can behave more friendly.

This is one of the Best Hotels in Dibrugarh so far. Great food, great service, neat and clean rooms, good hospitality and the staff is very friendly. Next to the river Brahmaputra and National Highway. I have enjoyed my stay very well

Hotel has newly constructed, rooms are very good, bathroom is very nice. Neat and clean. Food quality is avarage. Location is not prime. Staff are very arrogant.

Perfectly located on roadside of A.T.Road and yet within easy access to the Town Market. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the awesome staff. Every single one of the staff here were very polite and accommodating. Mr.Debajit Dutta build up a place where you will love to come again. It's really a place with 5 star indeed.
