The hotel rooms are clean, hygienic and well maintained. The staff here polite and helpful. Overall we had a good experience.

The hotel is close to the railway station & the staffs are friendly. Afterall the experience was nice. Clean environment. Quiet place. The manager is also nice.

Terrible Experience Our stay was disappointing and disrespectful. We requested extra time for checkout due to a train delay and agreed to pay 100/hour upon checkout. However, the staff constantly demanded immediate payment for everything--water, food, and even for any other small orders we made during our stay. Speaking of food, the quality was terrible, and they insisted on payment as soon as it was served. To make matters worse, it took them about an hour to serve the food after we placed the order, which is unacceptable. Their unprofessional and rude behavior made us feel unwelcome throughout. To top it off, they falsely claimed we asked for a blank bill, which we never did. They also falsely threatened to make our CCTV footage public. In response, we challenge them to upload the footage and include the video link in their review so people can know the real truth. This added to the already frustrating and unpleasant experience. We do not recommend staying here.

Rooms are decent enough and spacious. It's totally value for money for us and only walkable distance from the railway station. Definitely recommend people to stay here.

I must say that they are maintaining their property really well. Room are very cleans and staff are well behaved. Best part is that station is only walkable distance from the hotel.
