Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! No parking. No lifts. The staff is incredibly rude and lacks any sense of customer service. The manager, in particular, has a serious attitude problem. Even with a confirmed booking, you might find yourself stranded and spending the night on the streets. Absolutely unacceptable! Would not recommend to anyone.

Location is perfect, you can easily reach there from thana chariali. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good. They served bread Omelette and maggie in breakfast. You can get tea or coffee as per your wish. Although the ACs are old and need repair. My room's AC was cooling like nothing when set at 16degC.

It was a very comfortable stay. Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. As a solo woman traveller I felt safe staying here. Will recommend it very much

Totally awful experience. Toilet faucet was already broken on arrival. I neglected the issue but at check-out time, they blamed me for the broken faucet and charged me with unfriendly behaviour! Totally pathetic experience and useless staff!

Very good hotel. Amazing hospitality.

Centrally located. Value for money. Decent food. Homely staff. The room walls require paint touch ups. Toilets require better cleaning. Though taxes were paid during online booking, extra was charged by the hotel.

Rooms are good according to the price but some rooms have the geyser switch outside the rooms so you might find some difficulty if you want hot water Customer Service could have been more better Overall a very nice experience Recommend to all including couples

They cancelled our booking without any prior notice. Their behavior was not good plus they are not even providing a room.
