the behaviour of the manager was cringe. i stayed 4 times in this hotel but the man whos on the table was weird. may be sort of illiterate. they tell me to book online but no online money is accepted in the hotel. firstly he told me that "malik change hol so daam bahil 1800 hol" then i told i stayed four times but the price was 1500. then the debate got a bit long. then i told one of my friend had stayed 5 days before in 1500 and i made him a call. then he gave me a dirty room to stay in 1500. then told me that "oiii khanaa saana vaal k khabi , saabi ako letera hole poisa voribi" what kind of behaviour is this? i am an university student, an illiterate cringe guy should not behave like this to me. then on 11pm night, he called me and told that there is noise in my room. like really?? who is he? i pay for the room. it was breakfast included but they didnt give us and lastly on check out time, he didn't give me the bill also. i recommend everyone not to go to this hotel. manager is having psychological disorder i guess. and i am writing a complaint on consumer court also. thank youuu JRB residency see you never!

Very Bad Experience overall. Room service as well as staff behaviour is very bad. They charged extra money for booking. Very bad environment. Very dirty housekeeping. Bathing essentials are not provided. The towel is very dirty. AC room is provided without an AC Remote. The geyser is not working. Drinking water not provided. Bedsheets, pillow covers, and blankets are very dirty.

|Owner gives what ever quotation that comes to mind if asked for an extension. Even 5 star hotels don't do that. There is a fun quote.||Breakfast of 1/8 toasted bread , butter and boiled eggs not worth. ||Didn't care to ask if customer is a vegetarian or non vegetarian ||Breakfast for both the occupants on a single plate which is also not acceptable

Absolutely worst experience. No customer service, owner has attitude, 280 for breakfast of not properly toasted bread and eggs not worth. Doesn't care to ask if customer is veg or non veg for Breakfast Breakfast for 2 given on single plate, Erich us again, not good etiquette Rooms were OK but Zero for customer satisfaction and owner behavior
