One of the worst hotels in Dibrugarh, rooms are dirty with bad smelling. There were no windows and ventilations.

One of the worst hotel ,they don't know how to behave with guest, service was worst and room was smelling like hell, and they charging extra bill

Good hotel, offers good food, staff is responsive rooms are good located in the midst of market area so some sounds are usual in working hours, slight view of the Brahmaputra can be seen from the common balcony. But the ventilation is a bit of issue here. Some rooms lack fresh air as they donot have windows. Can do much better.

We stayed in Hotel during our Official Visit. Room and Bathrooms were not clean, we had to ask several times until they were cleaned. Rooms are of average quality, complimentary breakfast was included, however on last day due to less customers, the staff told us that they will not serve butter and jam. There are hotels nearby which are much better and at a more reasonable price. Staff at reception was cooperative, that's why I am giving an average rating.

There are limited hotels in Dibrugarh. Hotels J S tower is one of 6-8 properties available here.It's situated well , on the main road, 5 min walking distance from main market. 3rd and fourth floor room are well maintained in comparison to other properties we saw. Traffic are really high for the services they are giving .staff and services are really slow though they are really courteous and respectful. They can do better in terms of cleanliness, room service and water management. Tariff : 1600+ gst for twin sharing 2000+for double/triple sharing big bed. Note: they only give package drinking water( which I was highly against of). Lot rooms don't have warm water.tough they can give you a bucket if you ask for. Also no dustbins. Overall, the people are nice and this review isn't against them . It's for the property and owner who should work a bit to improve the services.

Good hotel with cooperative staffs. Housekeeping is nyc. Though this is an old hotel with few rooms not in very tip-top condition. Before checking-in,please check the condition of the rooms.Bar and restaurant at the fifth floor of the hotel. Restaurant closes at 10 PM. Order of food is to be placed 45 min in advance.

Very dirty room. No running hot water. Very slow response from staff. Got struck in the lift for 15 odd minutes. Stayed there out of compulsion as entire Dibrugarh is booked for Medical college function. I will not prefer to return ever.
