Aditya Residency Dibrugarh

We had an wonderful experience at "Aditya Residency"! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and cooperative for our needs. Starting from Check-in, upgrade/change of room, and getting a space for our clothes to dry since we traveled from abroad that time. The complementary breakfast was a highlight since we get to try hot and delicious food upon ordering. We would like to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in that area since it's also near to AMC so quite convenient. We (Pankaj & Sujata) will definitely be returning next time!

First of all the staffs are very unprofessional and secondly for the amount that they are charging; one expects a clean & hygienic room; which was not the case here at all. There were cigarette bud holes in the curtain; in some sections of the blanket; no toilet roll paper or other electrical amenities as mentioned in the booking were available. The soap bar and shampoos used by the previous guest were not cleaned by the house keeping staff, it was lying in the bathroom. Geyser wasn't working. Also kindly don't book complimentary breakfast service because the staff takes forever to prepare it and the taste of the food that's prepared is also below average. Lastly reception desk staffs are also very unprofessional, and I'd request all of them to attend some classes on hotel management and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone visiting Dibrugarh unless they have an emergency especially a medical one because most of the hospitals and AMCH is at walking distance; probably the only plus point and positive review that I can think of for this hotel- location and security. Very poor and horrible experience. Not recommending this place to anyone.

Rooms are clean . But service should be improved. Basic things like towels in the bathroom should be kept. However, Complimentary breakfast was good.

The service was excellent, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were fantastic. Overall, a truly delightful experience--highly recommended!"

The receptionist behavior was very bad (1)Room dirty (2)washroom dirty (3)food test excellent (4) bedsheets dirty & pillow blanket Not recommended any other guest

Aditya recidency dibrugarh gives a well comfortable service and its room are very clean Food are very good & complimentary breakfast

The Manager's behavior was very bad, Checkout time was 12 pm and we were 25 minutes late so we were charged half day's fee for 25 minutes and the room is not as it us in the photo

Aditya Residency Dibrugarh gives a well comfortable service and its rooms are very clean. And further it's foods are very good. So I prefer Aditya Residency.
