Worst behaviour of staff,biriyani was ordered by me today through Zomato,the quantity of biriyani was too less,when I called the responsible staff,he is replying with very bad language,i was a regular customer of swagat,but as per today's experience,please dont order from swagat,staff behaviour is too cheap,ignore swagat please

It is situated in the heart of the Dhubri Town and near to Brahmaputra River. Hotel is very neat and clean. Food is good. Hotel is newly built.

Worst experience this time,,we ordered many times from swagat but this time we ordered chicken biriyani and they send us very less quantity of rice ,,,we called the responsible stuff but his behaviour was very rude ,,

Excellent service provider, food is best quality, nice discipline with best responsibility staff. Room quality is perfect with bedt price. Many batter than Brahmaputra hotel.. A hotel like swagat in a small town is a gift. If the hotel please were an open natural area then it's wold be awesome experience

This is a review of the Restuarant. I was recently at the restaurant with my family. The ambiance and taste of food was good, no disappointment on that. What I was highly disappointed was at the quantity of food being served. I would say that the menu is tad overpriced but that would have been justified if the quantity of the food was apt. 400 plate of 4 small pieces of chicken. 200 plate of starter served on small plate. The restaurant seriously needs to reconsider the portion size, the quantity of food served are signs of a greedy restaurant. Overall, great food. Great selection on the menu but the quantity of the food is a disappointment. 3 stars out of 5.

Rooms r congusted according to tariff. Bed is very small, AC cooling is very less. No shedded parking, only open parking. Foods r tasty .
