Brahmaputra Guest House, Dhubri

Recently visited this hotel and rented a room for one night. The water system, lighting, and hospitality were exceptional, and the room was fully soundproof with CCTV available. Everything was good, but I found the pricing a bit high. I also visited this hotel a few days ago and ordered the same meal--roti and egg omelet. However, I noticed the price was slightly higher the second time. After a small discussion with the person at the counter, they reduced the bill a little, though I felt it could have been reduced further. Overall, despite the pricing, I think the experience was worth it. Hope there won't be any issues regarding pricing in the future.

If I could give minus review, I will give that only. I don't know how people are staying here they don't know how to treat people, increase room fare according to their mood, in this hot summer there's no fan if asked to change the room they directly ask to adjust with old non durable table fan which is of no use, will serve food whatever they want and will make bill according to them, will serve chicken without even asking if I want to have or not. After complaining they say if you have so much problem just find another hotel and talks rubbish feel like punching that man's face doesn't know how to talk!! I am writing this review for all the MR's so that you don't make the same mistake visiting this particular hotel. I am just saving your time, you all are going to thank me later.

This lack of customer service left a negative impression, overshadowing the potential positive aspects of the hotel. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the parking situation. The hotel claims to have a parking facility, but it accommodates only one car. Unfortunately, the designated parking space was consistently occupied by the owner's car, leaving guests with no option but to struggle with street parking. This oversight created unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for consumers, tarnishing the overall experience. As a visitor, I believe that a hotel's success hinges not only on its physical amenities but also on the quality of service and the attention given to guests' needs. I hope that Brahmaputra Guest House takes these concerns seriously and works towards enhancing their customer service and addressing the parking issue. A more customer-centric approach and improved facilities would undoubtedly contribute to a more positive and enjoyable experience for future guests. In conclusion, while the location of Brahmaputra Guest House in Dhubri has potential, the lack of helpful staff and the parking woes significantly impacted my stay. Rooms are good, clean. But they will charge you on their own, no defined rates for the rooms. Very comfortable to stay here but before taking rooms here please the rates first and please take the bill first from them.

Management is really good, but only one thing I really don't like is that you have to Go outside for fooding. And their rooms are also good.

Although one of the latest Guest House in the back Historic town of Dhubri, guests are preferring to stay hear because of it's flawless services and affordable room rents. This place also have a very good street view, located in the prime location and easily accessible. Fooding facilities are not available here but service of serving food from other reputed hotels of Dhubri is available

Some rooms are good but some not. You can only stay there. No food facility. No proper parking.
