I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Dibrugrah!Martina, the general manager, and her team deliver the best customer service ever. The restaurant has both great food and great service. The rooms are amazing with the amenities required by most travelers. I liked having hot and cold water, without a geyser! The butter biscuits are an appreciated extra touch. The reception staff were always eager to assist! Martina helped sort through getting my train tickets. Thank you, Hotel Tree Fern team, for a most excellent two night stay!

I had a business meeting which was organised by the ICICI prudential Mutual Fund. The auditorium is quite spacious and the facilities were quite good. Service is good enough, but the Parking facility is quite poor. That is a major concern for the Hotel. Rest is fine and one can have a visit and stay there. The location is really awesome.

For the price, the hotel offers reasonable value. The room was clean and spacious, with basic amenities like a comfortable bed, a TV, and a small work desk. The staff were polite and accommodating. The hotel offers basic facilities like free Wi-Fi, which worked well.

Had a lovely stay. Only grievance is the rate plans. I spent 28 hours in the hotel due to Rajdhani train return combination. So would request hotel to have a 1.5 day package which would help lots of travellers from Guwahati

I ordered food(butter reshmi chicken and garlic naan) through swiggy, i must say it is one of the best in terms of taste, quantity and price. And also a good attention to detail is that they send mouth freshener along with it. Loved it definitely recommend.
