very spooky resort no visitor... .. like horror movie cinema set.... but view is good.. rooms m food are expensive..... but its like horror.... no one is there only 3 staff.... u will freak out... like a dying planet....

A resort that is falling apart and full of toxic allergic weeds with over priced food in the menu. Their location is decent, by the side of the river, and that's it. They serve tea for Rs 60/- a cup (GST extra), but have the place full of Parthenium (highly toxic weed shown in the 1st pic), kochu, untrimmed grass, and local cattle (cows and goats) all around, having the look of a place deserted 5 years back. And they charge Rs 1500/- for you to bring your camera along (for what? To capture all the weeds I guess). Absolute waste of time. Was a much better place eariler, but now just ruins.

Overall a great place to chill out and unwind with your loved ones, friends or family. With the mesmerizing view of the Brahmaputra river. Also, the area is very peaceful and away from polluted urban areas.

I visited here twice on two different seasons. Once long back in the time of winter when everything was great and next yesterday summer time. The condition of the place was so Terrible that they should have kept it closed. The lawn had over grown grass filled with rain water. The sitting areas both outdoor and indoors were dirty. It seemed that the place was not cleaned for months. The washroom was also dirty. Food was moderate but highly priced. I wished they had giving some effort in maintaining the place as the location is very peaceful and scenic. So like if anyone is planning to visit this place in summer please avoid it. Winter may be good time to visit.

The only saving grace is the location and serenity. The owners have allowed such a wonderful place to go to waste. Dirty sinks, tables, chairs and cobwebs all around. Hedges overgrowing everywhere. The food was freshly made, tasted good but was extremely overpriced. Very limited items available. I wouldn't dare to try and stay here considering the slow service (only 1 person taking orders and managing the counter as well and serving the food also). I just wish someone would do justice to this wonderfully located resort and improve it. Maybe buy-out the place and make it worthy!

I think the place is overrated. 1.very compact and not good road 2.location is what can i say its not waoooo place 3.food please don't choose Chinese You can go for local chicken curry And one more thing till now I cannot understand why one rupee is 50 there 4. If you don't like cities, five, if you like nature, you can go sit have a cup of tea just enjoy the nature and at last I can recommend you this place for the sunset I guarantee you love the sunset.

The three stars are just for the view and the calmness of this place other than that everything is so below average. It's such a beautiful and scenic place I just wish if the owner would give a little importance in its overall maintenance and improvements. Thank goodness we didn't stay there because the other reviews are horrible. And coming to the food part, the prices are sky rocketing, and definitely not worth it I'm sure. Unbelievably overpriced is what I could gather from the menu. I could've written more about the food but unfortunately we wanted to have dessert and they didn't even have a single item from the menu, not even soft drinks. The waiter told us that they only had lunch items. Hopefully they will start giving importance to the maintenance of they wanna attract more customers there.

There's lots of prospects to make the place beautiful. Lack of clean toilets is the weirdest thing there.
