SPOT ON Hotel The Raj Palace

Absolutely disappointed. Booked this hotel with OYO, big mistake, will never repeat again. The place is falling apart, the paint is peeling, there is black mould in the bathroom, although the property mentioned that it's non smoking, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was ashtray (see photos). From outside the building is shabby and falling apart, would not recommend. The location will point you to the police station, so even that is wrong. The room was not ready when we arrived, although we booked well ahead and confirmed our arrival. There is sewage smell in the property, I guess because there is sewage treatment plant on premises.

Didn't provide tariff as per Oyo and charged extra Rs 200. The rooms as well as washrooms are very small, and most of the fixtures are old and dated. Rooms lack proper sockets for charger. The lodge looks good from outside. I'd suggest to skip this and better get into some upscale place.

Worst experience I had in my life. I have booked a room from Make My Trip for the name i though that it would be good room only. I checked in hotel at around 12pm and kept my bag & I went to Office. When I came back from Office I found the light is not working in the room & also TV. It's such a unprofessional hotel, they had enough time to check the lights, TV & other thing. And at around 3am I found insects are roaming in bed. So I could not sleep. It's a horrible experience of my life. My humble request to all please do not visit the hotel or else try yourself. Yes lastly food was really very good.

The rooms are ok but the rate is high. I had stayed for 3 days here. The rooms are clean, TV is there, and Geysar also is there. I had booked on OYO. It was showing me 495 rupees per day so i had booked the room for 3 days but after 3 days when i went to receiption to pay the amount they told me that it is 850 rupees per day. I got shocked. Where is Rs 495 on OYO and where is Rs850. I suggest you not to book rooms on OYO.

Not very well maintained hotel with rooms having seepage, very bad odour and even basic bathing kit & electric kettle is also not provided. The room service is slow, few rooms didn't had working Geysers and the ones which had weren't working well (ours was leaking thus increasing the probability of earthing)

Least recommendable hotel. The cheapest place I've ever seen in my life. Disgusting room, disgusting service. Food is very poor. It's like prison food the kind you see on television. Room size is Lx W= 12*6 ft. No windows available in the room. If you call them regarding any service or ordering food, they'll cut it off in mid sentence, rude behavior. Basin is spotted with Guthka stain. If you want to stay of 1 night in emergency then go for this hotel. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Not a place to live. Rooms are small, the bed is not good, toilets having spiders and mosquitoes. Weird smell. I can handle it there not more than a day. Also quite costly for that room. I want to give zero stars but can't.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. They know nothing about oyo facility, they only recive booking from oyo and give room on their choice. I booked an AC room from oyo and I got that room at 900 but they refuse to give AC in that price. I also talked with oyo but they directly said they can't afford AC room in that price. Talk with the property owner before booking any room online.
