The Staff Member Receptionist is the worst person the Hotel Management has recruited. Disgusting Experience... We just asked for the bill, The receptionist Refused to give me the bill instead.. He asked us to go out of the hotel.... Such a rude uncivilised receptionist. Trust me....Better Don't visit this hotel, as there are many hotels available in the area. The receptionist insulted us and asked us to go out, disgusting experience. Worst

Worst Experience... We planned to keep our staff who comes from distant place in this hotel, as we have kept before also....But the way the new receptionist behaved and insulted our staff and team was really disgusting.... Sorry to write this, but It was really insulting for us that the receptionist asked us not to step in his hotel. Zero Rating for Staff Behaviour (Receptionist)

The room is quite good; neat and clean too but the washroom is not that clean. Parking is also available. A little bit expensive comparatively. Complementary breakfast not available. Should have been there as the room rents are on the higher side. Service is good. All in all a good place to stay.

Good for family stay. Everything is okay, but room service needs to be better.

Nice hotel... Affordable... Lowest room rate is Rs. 800/- and in lowest rated room also u will get clean room.... One of the owner's behavior is not good.. He was asking for over charge. Then he argued me.. and ask me to check myself.. Then i told that it was calculated wrong.. Then.. He again misbehave with me.. But finally he agreed his mistake. I did not like his behavior..!

I would not say this place is bad. Rather it is decent keeping in mind the city type. Hotel Subham @Bongaigaon offers good service and the staffs are very cordial. The food is homely and good to eat. There are a lot of scope for improvement however within the given constraints, the hotel is recommended.

The hotel is great. The people are very professional there. Enjoyed the stay. It is located at a very developed market near BOC gate. Is one of the best hotels of Bongaigaon. Will suggest people to stay there. The cost of food is little bit on the higher side but the taste is amazing.
