Cygnett Park Meghna-Bongaigaon

We had an excellent stay for two nights. The room and bathroom was neatly maintained, the staff (including house keeping) was very courteous. In short, there wasn't any scope for any kind of complaint as everybody was very helpful. The location of the hotel is also good as it's near the highway.

Staff behavior is well. Hygiene maintained everywhere. Reasonably cheaper as per the facilities provided. I would suggest you to stay here for safe, reliable and Hygiene maintained. Moreover the quality of food is very good and tasty. Overall rating is 4.5/5 in my opinion.

Had the breakfast buffet, easily a 5/5 experience. The spread rivals that of any top 5-star hotel / resort in Assam. Excellent quality, great variety and every dish was full of flavor.

Very Good Ambience. Food quality is very good.One should try Break fast here as lots of options are available here.Night Ambience just mind blowing.Staffs r very good and very quick.Only dis advantage i have observed here is timing of swimming pool is very short as within 6pm its closed and rooms r littile bit smallar that other similar type of Hotels.except these two all things r above good. Awesome best of the best hotels.... superb ..must stay.....RISWA..a house keeping guy is best..work well, .nice hospitality...has done his work well. Overall development is good. The swimming pool experience is awesome. Excellent

Very disappointing experience. We were shocked to find that the hotel was charging Rs. 50 for a water bottle with an MRP of Rs. 20. When we brought this to their attention, instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff was rude denied overcharging altogether. This kind of dishonest and unethical practice is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Cygnett. Such experiences ruin the trust and reflect very poorly on your service standards.

Mr. Riswa Basumatary from Housekeeping is a jolly Goodfellow, very attentive, very helpful... He had provided good service throughout my stay and was friendly. His conduct was superb both professionally and personally. Was a pleasure to know him...!
