Hotel Classic Inn

At beginning of the hotel no doubt the food was very good so we went several times but now food quality has been decreased. We order paneer butter masala vegetable gravy nun and briyani, only the briyani was good rest are totally disgusting. Need to improve a lot

We stayed here while going to kohima for hornbill festival. Mr loknath and staff is very helpful. He understands customers pretty well. Food was nice. They helped us to prepare my kids food as well. Rooms are nice and value for money. Prices are good. --- Suggestions for improvements: The geyser takes a lot of time to heat the water. Water is little reddish,(may be iron content) Bathroom needs mopper and bucket. Need hooks for hanging clothes in washroom. Smoky feel when we entered. --- Overall a nice stay

Worst experience ever for the first time I've ever had in any hotel/restaurant. Been waiting for more than an hour and after we finally found the table we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the menu. Had to ask the receptionist for the menu and by the time we got the menu there were no available food. Worst experience ever. Never going to this place ever again even if it's free food.

If you really want to survive in market then kindly change your chef,And kindly give some training to F&B staff as well.The quality of food is really pathetic, Remember you have competitors like Hotel Dhasaree and Zaikia for fooding.

Bad experience.... service time is more than an hour. Ordered Nun with Kadai Chicken. Taste is moderate.
