Zoonskaya Resort

It was a windy overcast afternoon when we visited this gem of a place located in the heart of hustle and bustle in Sivsagar. When you see the entrance to the place, you'd never guess such a gem could be uncovered here. But there it was. Laid back atmosphere with great songs playing. Even the staff were enjoying the ambience that day. The food was good for the price too. Some might say the place is overpriced but I do not share the opinion. I think for a place that's located in the heart of the city offering all that it does, it's more than worth it's price. Good place. Recommended.

Great ambiance and have enough space to spend couple of hours by roaming around. Prices are moderately higher but food was decent. Located slightly away from the main town so that's kind of a drawback.

Everything's good and welcoming except the pool area which according to us would have been in the backside or could be covered with greenery to avoid the awkwardness among visitors. Whereas the night life is not so suitable for families like us who don't drink or smoke.

The ambience and food is good. But the service and hospitality is really poor and bad. Almost nothing is operational before noon. The breakfast service is one of the worst I have seen. The breakfast is available very late. And there is much problem during checkout.

The ambience of the place is good..But the service is not good at all..They took one hour to serve the food which they told would be done in 30 mins..Ordered to pack a chicken afghani but was delivered paneer afghani,a big blunder..Overall had a bad experience

While it offers a decent eat out in Sibsagar, the service is terribly slow, food portions are extremely small and taste is very bland. It seems a single chef cooks all the dishes. While one gets ample space to chill and unwind after a long drive but the restrooms are a horror and the long wait times ensures you never reach your destination on time.

Booked two rooms, the service was okay until the order of one item which was requested prior one hour were denied after delivery of the main course. Reason: Non availability, this could have been informed earlier, we could have ordered something else. Request the management to check on with the hospitality and the room service staff and train them. Brings unlikeable reviews.
