Dimpi Hatimuria serves us who is polite in behaviour. Food was good. But the bar menu was confusing, even their staffs are not clear with the prices. So I will suggest go through the menu carefully before placing order. Also order single bottles of beer instead of tower as they charge extra for towers where else other bars give you extra benefits on ordering beer towers.

Firstly, I was impressed with the beautiful view from my room, which made my stay more enjoyable. Additionally, the room service was prompt, and the staff were courteous and professional, which I truly appreciated. The food was also excellent. However, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could be made. The electric kettle in my room wasn't working properly, which was a bit of an inconvenience. I also noticed that the room could have been cleaner, particularly in some areas that seemed a bit neglected. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would be happy to return if the issues mentioned are addressed. A pretty good place to enjoy with your friends. Dimple hatimuria was the one who was servicing us and going to give her some credits regarding her skills. Pretty quick and easy to convey what is required and the foods were served pretty quick. Highly recommend this place

Best hotel in jorhat as they have all the modern amenities available. 4 kilometres away from jorhat airport,they have pick up and drop facilities available. Mr Rajen Dutta , Managing director of the hotel is very humble person. I personally recommend this hotel

Food and ambience was outstanding. But I don't like the service of the hotel management staff. Their behaviour was good but they lack professional manners. It happened to me and my family today. We were having dinner here, but the management staff doesn't have so much decency to let the customer finish their meal, then they should clear the table. At one point, one of the staff has literally was taking away the tableware, when my family member was still having his dinner. And we have to ask for menu everytime as the staff take away the menu everytime from the table. This is unacceptable behaviour. Try to rectify this kind of non professionalism.
