SIANG : The Island Resort

Majuli is the place you must visit during this month, the chilling vibe, fog, mist everything is so gloomy. We reached there by evening and really couldn't find any space for our night stay as each resort was house full. Finally we somehow landed Siang and got ourselves a cute little tent which cost us around 700/- the hospitality was good, the dinner was fabulous. The only thing you would miss is pork if you're a die hard pork lover like me, we really couldn't found any shop selling pork out here. Overall the stay was quite good you don't feel cold inside the tent and the morning is freaking awesome with a the fog around from the tent. Do have a sneak peak early to enjoy the mist. Lastly I would mention bout the food quality which is really freaking awesome they have thali system the quality of rice was terrific, you must try fish because the fish is directly catched from the river and it's totally fresh and taste heaven, they really don't compromise with the food.

It is an upcoming resort with basic amenities for a simple stay, located in the midst of nature..cottages n cots made in bamboo n earth material..Located in a small villege outskirts..near Majuli..Vast open place and fenced...Our pet too enjoyed running around...

Amazing experience! Right from the sevice, the food and the rooms, every thing was a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Best place to chill with friend's. Clean and safe place. Just remember to bring some insect repellent

Amazing ambience, amazing food and Good service

Searched this place through Google map. But found nothing . In fact no resort found with this name at that place. Horrible experience. Google should remove this place from map.
