Location is good. Hotel staff are polite and nice. Hotel ambience is also good. Food was not bad. The decorations and cleanliness is no way near to a three star hotel. Food is too expensive. For example simple tawa rooty is rs. 40/- other food items are good but not enough compared to it's high value. Room service is very poor. Over all good but not enough to the level of a 3 star hotel.

Hotel staff performance and facilities has degraded a lot after change in ownership. Room tariffs has increased but facilities provided earlier are not available Card payments not accepted, lifts and intercoms not working, items mentioned in the food menu are not available. Moreover no corporate discount is provided rather hotel charges 70% advance at the time of check in

Hotel is very beautiful staffs are also good but there has been a lack in managements initiative. Lift is not working, guiser is not working, there is no arrangement of drinking water every time it is to be purchased at a higher rate of Rs.20/- even for bathing also very dirty water is coming in the bathroom, for mouth wash also boarder has to depend on bottled water. Foods are very costly.

Extremely short staffed hotel. Justification of my rating below 1. No toilet paper roll, when asked they said its over. 2. No fresh towels for 3 days. Since they say they are running low on towels 3. Cockroaches and lizards in room. Attached pictures 4. Housekeeping will not clean your room but messes up with your stuff. 5. No extra mattress or blanket because they dont have it. 6. Water gets over... After calling they say that they have ordered a tanker but not sure how long it will take.

DON'T GO THERE: 1. Geyser Doesn't work so no warm water for bathing. 2. There is no kettle in the room, so no warm water for drinking or for complemenrty Tea/Coffee. 3. There is no complimentary water bottles provided. You have to buy from them. 4. Food, too costly. I mean 100 for one Roti, Two boiled egg for 50. The rates are outrageous. 5. The GST on food is 5%, but the hotel charges you 12% which is not even the slab of GST. My recommendation: Don't go there. Instead file FIR for fraud.

Doesn't even deserves any star. First of all, the TV in my room wasn't working, after my complain they said they'll give me a new room. After a while i was escorted to the new room on the next floor, but then they told me that now i'll be charged more as the new room is more expensive, but when i said that it was unacceptable as it was their fault that they gave me a faulty TV. Then i was again asked to follow to a new room which was downstairs, trust me its kind of embarrassing going round the hotel with your luggage after a long trip. (Well the new room too had a problem, the bathroom door wasn't working but i didn't complain. Secondly, when asked i was told that my room charged 2200 per night, which generally means 2200 x 5 but while checking out i was handed with a bill with the rate 3200 per night (as in 3200 x 5 ). Well they never told me this before. Even the way they wrote the bill was surreal and childish. They boast about free wifi, gym and a bar. The wifi doesn't works at all. The gym is a bunny's horn and the bar ? Well, i was looking around for the bar and when i reached it, It was locked. I asked the roomkeeper and he went somewhere and got the keys. Felt like drinking in a college hall. The best part? The housekeeper was my bartender as well as my waiter. And all the employees were always new. Reading through the review i've found out that the hotel reply with they've changed the management. Well i think they change their employees frequently which itself is a problem. The food is unedible and my stomach still churns when i think about the pork i ordered and they charge hefty for whatever they serve in the name of food. Kindly leave this one out.

The service of the hotel was quite of an elite class, especially with respect to the in-room dining experience. But the rooms were very damp and stinky and seriously lacked maintenance. Water leaked from the taps in the bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel from 12th to 14th February. Poor management. Hotel was not accepting card. Worst food. No water to take bathe. I am surprised who has given them three star. They deserve minus 5 stars.||Rajeev Kumar, Deputy Director||9540733615
