It was a great place which feels like home

Worst hotel and staff. Very rude, and cheating people with different room prices. Also altering MakeMyTrip customers. And blocking rooms.

The room was damp and smelled horrible. Worst is the price at 4.5k/ night. Room no 304

Very disappointed. The room was good but there was water leaking from A.C. We was so disappointed at the food . The taste was not good and the food was overpriced. And the most disappointed thing was the service system. There was no bell or telephone to call the service system. And lastly they really need to work on their management system.

Need to have cordial etiquette towards customers
