Very old but not very bad. But food and room rents are higher than reasonable. Lack of facilities. Feel like living in a jungle because this hotel is surrounded by jungle. They say it's a three star hotel but it can't be seen just can be feel when you pay.

Location: Good. Food: Good. Service: Excellent. Hygiene: Good. Rooms: Nice and Clean. In short this hotel qualifies all basic criteria for stay. You can bring your children here. You can have a meeting here. Facilities are good and well maintained. Have a happy stay here.
We were late for our check-in (about 11 PM) and the restaurant was kind enough to confirm over phone dinner to be placed at the room, however on reaching the hotel, it took them another good fifteen minutes to serve. So typical of government establishments. ||One wing has probably been thoroughly renovated while the other has seen better days. ||||Service was not indifferent, only it took time for the guys to understand the instructions. After requesting for a fresh set of towels as the one provided had dead insects, I got one that again had the same problem. ||Food was good, portions were more than adequate, but going by the in-room amenities, the property is certainly overpriced.
The hotel is quite old, not well maintained. It has only 2 suits, which are on the 3rd floor, without as lift. Staff is cooperative, but not trained enough. The view from the suite is quite good though. The bathroom again, is big, but needs modern fittings. Location good.
The Hotel is in astonishing location and surroundings are also charming. Each and every aspect is appreciative. Someone may think that being a Government owned hotel, services will be not upto the mark. But after visiting and staying it was noticed that right from the reception i.e. the entry point every aspect is in a single word "Excellent". Response in any regard is absolutely prompt and the credit goes to management.
Nice location. Rooms are small and not so spacious. Food is average. Government owned hotel and hence don't expect too much. Location is good gives you good view. Not so well groomed staff. It is the best hotel despite its short comings.
One of the oldest hotels in Itanagar. The food is average but it is a good place to hold functions and events because of the availability of space. While most of the hotels in Itanagar lack proper space for car parking and hardly any outdoor space, this hotel has both of them. The rooms are also good, clean and hygienic.
I stayed in teh Hotel on a business trip. The stay was a comfortable one with warm and cost rooms. the rooms are well maintained. There are certain newly furnished rooms but I was given an old room which needs to be furnished. The food is okay. Overall, an average Hotel.
