Spacious rooms. 3rd bed mattress which provided was very short which can be only good for a person who is 5'5 ft and was not at all comfortable. Its cushion was very thin. Restaurant food is tasty but quantity is less. Service is quite slow as they had Maldives football team who booked stay with buffet. Breakfast was having good verity of food items which was tasty.

The Hotel is very good overall. Rooms are spacious and good mostly. Service is excellent.... housekeeping staffs are very well behaved and helpful, would like to mention Pradip Biswas's name in this regard. Hotel's location is also good.

The more remote a location, the more there is lack of infrastructure. But what hotels lack in infrastructure, they make up for in their services. Needless to say, I will prefer a simple bed and breakfast when I am in itanagar, rather than stay in this hotel. The service is absolutely sub par! The manager made me feel embarassed about even the simplest requests. I am not someone who needs luxury, but when I am paying I need atleast clean bed and basic washroom. The toilet seat was stained, unflused and the bathroom smelled. A simple request for packed breakfast in the morning turned into a series of pleading sessions for the most little things. Dinner took multiple times of follow up to arrive and was lukewarm. Seriously, the service pissed me off. Don't bother staying here.

Check in and out: Hastle free Location: Excellent, along the main road of Itanagar, very easy to locate Rooms: We took the family rooms, it was extremely spacious; however, one major drawback was that they lacked any windows, even if you switched on the AC and didn't open the window, it still looked proper to have at least one window in a room. Housekeeping: Fast and efficient In room dining: Costlier than expected, however good quality Buffet breakfast: Satisfactory Cost efficacy: Room rents are higher than expected however good hotels in itanagar are hard to get, so needed to choose this only.

Excellent Stay in Itanagar! Our stay in Itanagar was made incredibly comfortable and enjoyable at this hotel. The rooms were not only clean and hygienic but also well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout our visit. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of options to start the day right. What truly stood out, however, was the hospitality of the staff. Ms. Priyanshi, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our son felt comfortable. She kindly arranged an early morning breakfast for us, which made all the difference. Her thoughtful gesture was a testament to the hotel's dedication to excellent service. Overall, we had a warm, comfortable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Itanagar. The combination of great rooms, delicious food, and attentive service made it a truly memorable experience!

Priyanshkshi, the waitress at the hotel restaurant, provided excellent service during my visit. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured that everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her warm demeanor and professionalism made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend her for her exceptional hospitality.
