Firstly, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the shower head was filled with algae and flush button was broken. Secondly, the customer service was very poor. Even after several requests they did not provide any solution to our problems and kept delaying us. Even the parking was at owners risk. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Its located on the main road. Stay is good.. and AC as well. Room maintenance is poor. Not worh for the price wise. Service is below average.||Very difficult to have food here for vegetarians. Even you stay in the hotel rooms, Its appears like a bar. Because its Yanam. People goes here only for drinks... But its really a good place for site seeing too.

We were a family of four and booked a suite with three beds on the second floor, extra beds were provided on request. It was quite comfortable and the room was ok for the price (Rs.1600 + tax). Room service was courteous and prompt. We had a problem with our car and the hotel staff helped us out. There was a problem with hot water that day, but otherwise the stay was fine.

Hotel located on Yanam bypass, easily accessible from Amalapuram ~ Kakinada highway. ||Hotel elevation is good. All the infrastructure is good. Stayed in mini suite, room is spacious with TV, intercom. Bathroom is spacious. But everything requires maintainance. All the fittings are leaking. Water flow is very low shower is not having enough flow. ||Room cleanliness to be improved a lot. No drinking water is provided. Room service is not prompt.||

We have booked this hotel through stayzilla.com after looking at the photos. Elevation is good and it is located right adjacent to the highway. Rooms are spacious, but not maintained well. In our room (2nd floor), part of false ceiling was kept open. Toilet was stinking with a different rusty smell. Tube light set was removed and left on the hanger leaving no place to keep the bath towel, dresses etc. If you open the window curtain, outside wall and window glass is so dirty. No dust bin provided. Bed sheets are ok, blankets are having holes. Looks like mainly bachelors, drunkards occupy this hotel as there are multiple wine shops around this hotel. Restaurant is available on the 1st floor which is decent. There is a tiffin hotel in the ground floor also.

The regular restaurant looks good but doesn't serve alcohol. So had to go to bar and restaurant downstairs, its too dark and staff are impolite.. The ambience is worse. I am used to some good class restaurants in pune and this one is no way comparison to them. Considering this one in yanam, may be its okay

The best in yanam,but in we can't find a room, the rooms are almost filled.. Food Is not great but best in the city, must try item is prawns biryani,staff were very responsive and helpful... And also very nearest place for elephant shower and for the alcoholics bar and wine shops are beside the hotel

The room we had was spacious and pretty ; bathrooms are maintained properly service is good, the breakfast is good. They have Family Restaurant (LVT Spice) with very good food, excellent service, order pickup takes about 15 to 20 minutes; ||||The distance to the beach (Yanam Ferry Road) is limited.
