WILD HILL TOP RESORT

We have been here for our company's outing with a team of 25 members. We booked the whole resort for us. No doubt, it's a great resort, particularly for large gatherings. It has a good swimming pool, amphitheater with a sound system and projector, an open area to play. So, it facilitated everything that we needed for our evening to play games, drink, dance and dine together. Would definitely recommend this for someone who's looking for a team outing or with a large group of your friends. Some team members complained of ACs not working in their rooms but as it is winter time it was somehow manageable. Breakfast is good. The lunch and dinner menu is alright but may be due to the bulk booking in huge quantities, some starters taste did not turn up well. Overall, it was a perfect spot for our outing and added some great memories.

My recent visit to this resort is average facilities and food was good. Rooms are just okay with low maintenance. Our travel to resort from burra caves to this resort there are zero signals ( pls make sure you have jio or bsnl) otherwise wise you are in trouble with no Internet and signals for any emergency and more there is no proper sign boards of resort as the 30km drive from burra caves to resort.

Extremely beautifully located resort and a decent garden and outdoors however 1. Room had no lock. 2. Bathroom had no health faucet and no dust bin either in room or Bathroom. 3. Had booked with additional bed. Charged for additional bed. But no bed provided. When asked about it the response was charged for person.. Patio mattress was supposed to be the bed.. common to all rooms. Wonder what you are being charged for additionally? 4. Very badly managed resort. Had loud party revellers partying with resort provided extremely loud music and system playing till 3 AM. When objected too shown no respect as the management seemed to be enjoying the party themselves. 5. Very badly behaved staff with no respect for guests. Overall waste of such prime property due to mismanagement.

The rooms, view, and pool were good, but the service was terrible. There was no WiFi, and we had to drive 25km down a dangerous mountain road in heavy rain just to get food. Overall, it was a nice place, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the terrible service.

I had a terrible experience with this resort. Initially, we changed our booking dates after confirming availability with them, and they asked us to pay 50% of the amount in advance. However, after making the payment, they informed us that the room was no longer available, blaming an outdated website. This was clearly their mistake, yet they told us they would refund the amount but deduct 12% as charges. When I argued that it wasn't my fault since I didn't cancel, they did, they then said I needed to pay 6% for GST and other charges. This was completely unfair, as the cancellation was on their part. They even suggested coming on Thursday when we had booked for the weekend, informing us on Wednesday night itself. To make matters worse, they were very responsive and eager for us to pay the advance, but once the payment was made, they stopped answering our calls. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a resort. Do not trust them or make any payments online. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable. Avoid this resort at all costs.

Recently I visited this place and the experience was amazing. The place where it was built is the major plus point and rooms are also one of the plus points and you'll definitely experience super foggy morning and climate conditions are amazing. Resort maintenance was superb and you gonna experience one of the finest food's. The behaviour of the staff is very down to earth. If you want to go for photoshoot and this place I'll suggest for sure. U can enjoy parties like birthday, bachelor marriage anniversary and many more. It's pretty comfortable to get relaxation with your family and kids also enjoy the place because the swimming pool was amazing and there's fire camp facility as s well. I went with 6 of my friends and we had very great time.

They ruined our entire trip. We traveled 50 km to get there at the brink of the moment they cancelled the reservation and it took 3 days for a refund

Friends recently went to wild hill top resort. It was an awesome location. Food quality is good and staff is very supportive and rooms are very clean. this place is good and u can enjoy parties with families and friends. One of the best place visit my life.
