When you book a venue with a package, make sure you mention the decoration of the customer choice in booking note, at first they will say like you can choose the decoration but when it's time they simply change the terms to use the existing decoration only or else you have to pay extra for decoration change, this is how my own experience and the main hall is smaller it's not sufficient for bigger croud.
