Hotel Kondapalli Grand

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, and when we requested a different room, we were told none were available. We then asked for at least a change of bed sheets because they were filthy and even torn, but shockingly, they claimed they didn't have any clean ones. Before checking in, we were assured of 24-hour hot water availability, but not a single drop of hot water was provided during our entire stay. When we requested towels, we were told they had been sent for washing. This same excuse was repeated for two consecutive days. The staff were highly irresponsible and lacked basic politeness toward guests. It's clear that maintaining cleanliness and customer service is not a priority here. I wouldn't even give this hotel a single star. Please think twice before booking this place--definitely not recommended.

Very worst experience and no have basic knowledge who stands in reception they only know how to cheat the people and too much of mosquito also

We took a single room for four of us - 2 adults and 2 children, for a 2-night stay. For Rs. 1,600/- per day/night, the room was tidy and well maintained. Bed linen was good, an extra bed was provided for additional charge of Rs. 300/- (was just alright for good sleep). Hot water is available all the time for usage. The location of the hotel is the advantage, as it gives easy access to multiple restaurants and shopping complexes. We recommend it to those looking for a decent halt in Vizianagaram.

The rooms and spacious and very well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if someone is looking a place to stay close by Vijaynagaram. Thank you very much for the amazing service and will definitely visit the place again given an opportunity.

/* Lift is not there for top floor/* It's a good place to stay inn. The maintenance is good. Only a drawback the lift is not till the top floor. We had to got down the lift and we've to walk through the stairs to reach our room on top floor. There is a lake beside the hotel. It's has a very nice of the lake. We got the room next to the lake. So people who enjoy site seeing take the last room you can enjoy the lake view. Overall a good hotel to stay inn.

Loved the stay!... unmarried couples are allowed here and the rooms are great...so clean and tidy.. bathrooms are very good....great to stay here ..lift works fine ...there are nearby restaurants too...no problem at all....the receptionist is very kind and lovable....if u don't know telugu they can speak english....hassle free checkin and check out.... amazing stay!

Nice hotel for guests with Reasonable cost. Cushion Cots & beds with table to have belongings. Budget friendly. Good place to stay with family. Hygienic place & good maintenance, cooperative staff. Even food will be supplied which is tasty & worth to pay!!!
