Nice rooms. They have sea view rooms. It is clean and neat. Staff has always been helpful. Some staff has very good knowledge of the local tourist places. Food is very good. Especially Dakshin and Kai. Centrally located in the city just 50 to 60 meters away from beach. Had a very good time with family and friends. Kids loved the children's menu available in the buffet restaurant. Overall I am very satisfied with the stay and memorable time spend.

A good hotel. Stayed for one night. Was on a road trip to a different place. Food was really amazing. Dined at the Kai restaurant. Room was clean and neat. Amazing staff. Kept everything ready by the time I arrive and it was all smooth without any delay. They helped me with the luggage and all I need was good sleep. Requested for silent rooms. They have city view rooms which are decent and quiet. Had a very good sleep and geared up. For next day travel. Amazing hotel for travellers like me.

We had a wonderful stay at Welcome Hotel. The peaceful atmosphere and easy access to the beach made the experience truly relaxing. A special thanks to Yamini for her warm assistance in helping me explore the gym and other facilities -- much appreciated!

I recently stayed at welcomhotel by itc , and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was seamless, and I was personally escorted to my room, which was spotless, elegantly decorated, and featured a stunning view. The amenities were top-notch--luxurious bedding, a spacious bathroom with premium toiletries, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The on-site restaurant offered an outstanding culinary experience, with a diverse menu and impeccable service. What stood out most was the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Whether it was the concierge helping with local recommendations or housekeeping checking in to ensure comfort, every aspect of my stay felt thoughtful and personalized. I highly recommend itc to anyone looking for a premium, stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning! Kartik and Syam from team itc is really supportive and helpful .

The Hotel is very nice location. I stayed 2 days at Suit room See facing view. After that regular deluxe room that is also very nice and big enough. The suit room does not offer a bathtub accordingly the costing is too much around 12k-15 k. The breakfast is also well arranged and tasty.

Right from checkin to check out , excellent service . dedicated staff : Ms prasanna, Mr Kartik, Mr Varun all are asset to the Hotel . Executive Chef Mr Sharafat Khan and his team have made our food craving expectations fulfilled. Wish I could stay for more days .Any way ..... next time .
