Vizag cruise hotel

The food was good; however, I felt it was unhealthy because my stomach felt full after a minor intake, and I couldn't complete my regular-sized meal. Go only if you want to eat tasty but not healthy food or if someone asks you to recommend a restaurant that is within your budget and the food is tasty. They also give a 10% discount if you show your ID card. Don't go/recommend it if you are looking for a healthy meal.

The stay was pathetic. The rooms are not clean and there are bed bugs in the bed. The staff are not at all cooperative. When asked about changing the room they said they can't provide me with another room despite not being occupied. They mentioned that they are providing food offers for the guests staying at their rooms yet the restaurant manager doesn't listen and denied to give any discount and offers on their menu.

Hotel reception is 10 steps up. Steps are very small ( Not standard) and vizag was raining the days I was there my age is 63 yrs. At every step I felt like I wd slip. Rooms are very small. Beds are filled with very cheap quality mattress which wd gone back ache every morning. No room service. Restaurant food is below standard norms in taste.

This is the worst place to stay and dine in. Don't look at their ratings, but this is the worst hotel to stay. Room service - 0 star. Room cleanliness - 0 star. Restaurant okay but not good. First of all check washrooms before check in to that particular room. Rude behaviour of reception staff is unimaginable( whatever the shift they are in). They don't have cleaning staff and room service staff properly. I think they won't sustain more than a year if they don't set right everything.

Such a 3rd class service in a restaurant area, we placed a order for lunch, and we get order after 1 hour, and same thing we observed on all tables. Food taste was ok, but all staff very unprofessional. Please dont spoil your day at this restaurant. We spend almost 2:30 minutes for complete order.

The taste of the food is okay but service is very poor they are also serving leftover raita with mixing new ones we ordered veg Noodles for parcel there are no vegetables just seasoning with onions they are having much clean utensils and some are not cleaned until we asked

Budget friendly hotel rooms near Rishi konda beach. Room size is little less but clean, toilet is good.

This is the worst and very bad fine in...staff are not attending coustomer as well food also not serving properly... being a tourist we came and wait here more than a hour for food..plz don't come this restaurant.
