Location good Room rent is some expensive She charged me for one night Rs 1200 But it okay

There are no basic amenities like soaps or towels or even drinking water. The tv is there, but the set top box is not charged. The bathroom is not clean. The lift was not working. Check-in and check out time differs .

1600 for a room is too high for their amenities, services and room ambience. They need to improve a lot more.

There are no basic things such as towels or shop..water is also not coming in a proper ways and as well as AC is not working .There are T.V but dish is not recharged..Drinking water is also not there..Bathroom is not such clean,Mobile charging is also not working and lift is also not working properly ..

Worst place to stay , room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs , unclean room . There was no room service ...infact towel , toiletries etc was not available...I wish I could give negative to the power of infinity rating

I have travelled extensively and stayed at hotels in most remotest places but never did I get such worst experience as this place, in hotels where families board you need room service as a basic need, here they do not have room service, once they put you in the room they forget about you.. The two rooms which I have stayed in with my family were stinking of very strong cigarette smoke smell, the family was sitting on the edges of the bad covering their noses.. The bedsheets were not straight from the laundry, they were used and the sweeper who attended lied that they were new,but the oil marks on them were a clear indication that they aren't washed, the bathrooms too are stinking.. Unfortunately I am still staying there just because my Son has his exam centre near by, I have booked rooms in MVP Colony at Gadiraju Palace for the rest of my trip, have to wait and see what experience will I have there.. If by any chance you have other options I suggest you avoid this place

Fantastic exepriance at this hotel. Everything was fine and comfortable. Bed, blanket, break fast, amenities, facilities, staff behaviour, and everything was very fine. Totally satisfied with the stay at this hotel.
