Treebo Rainbow Grand - Hotel in Visakhapatnam

I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo rainbow Grand Hotel . The room was not properly maintained, and I found bugs in the room, which is completely unacceptable for a hospitality business. Despite informing the management, the response was not satisfactory. Cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority for any hotel, but unfortunately, this was not the case here. Due to the unhygienic conditions and discomfort, I couldn't sleep properly for the past two days, which completely ruined my stay. A hotel should provide a relaxing experience, not one filled with stress and inconvenience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

Grand should not be the name for the hotel which has 2 floors of a building and such small rooms to stay. The washroom has little to no place to bathe and even take a dump. No basic amenities like toothpaste and toilet roll are available, and when asked the staff to get 1, they charge us extra money for it. No power backup is there, had to suffer a lot because of it. No regular cleaning of rooms and clean sheets like any other normal 2-3 star hotel. Breakfast gets late everyday. No proper security is there and even the room locks are hanging which can be broken easily.

My only concern is that old towel with holes were given as an amenity in the room. Apart from it, experience was good enough.

i booked for 4 days but within one day stay i was suffered a lot by so many issues 1.main door lock damaged 2.the given break fast from street shops which had sand and stones 3.no TV channels 4.intercom not properly working 5. poor room service ....the above issues i faced hence i would like to share and management should realize and take necessary action if you want to develop your concern otherwise dont take as complaint ...it should not repeat to anyone

The rooms are good and they provide all the complementary items also friendly staff

Very bad experience with this hotel. Un profession approach no hygiene. Breakfast getting from road bunks. I will not even give * star.

Good is hotel but staff one reception staff person senior person ag 45 he is argument with me for check in time night

Economy with quality stay.excellent location.coffee shop available next door . Breakfast very reasonable with good quality
