Treebo Excella

I had a truly pleasant stay at Treebo Excella Vizag. The location is definitely a highlight -- situated in a nice residential area and not too far from the beach. The rooms were clean and tidy, though there's still some room for improvement. Although there's no in-house kitchen, they have a convenient tie-up with a cloud kitchen, which was quite helpful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay.

WORST EXPERIENCE.We booked three rooms and none of the rooms have proper facilities.In one room AC was not working their excuse was because it was a Mitsubishi AC it takes 20 min to cool althogh temperature shows 16 on remote it really feels 29 degrees actually.In one room Ac didn't work. In room no 104 the fan was making horrible sound in room no 105 TV was not working. In room no 106 toilet seat was broken.It was a disastrous experience.Online the price is around 1500 to 1700 .Off line They are charging 2499/- when two persons are there only one towel was given that too was yellowish.though rooms look good none of the equipment works.One should be careful while booking a room .One should check each and everything meticulously.I would advise you to avoid this hotel and look for other nearby options

All the basic amenities are fulfilled . The rooms are cosy though a bit damp due to being near to beach but the place offers a easy walk to tenneti park which has less crowds and more quaintness. The breakfast was good too .

The hotel was good and quiet. It was clean and quiet. Nearby views are very scenic. One side of the hotel is mountain and the other side is the beach. One side is the kailash giri parvat and the other side is the beach. Breakfast is not so good only 2 options were there. So, if you are opting for breakfast then it's a waste of money. Overall a good stay.

Very bad experience. We stayed for 3k per day including breakfast, which is not even worth 50rs. No eggs , daily same dish ,only coffee machine was there which taste like hell. For water they charged 25rs for 1 litre. They didn't changed the pillow cover, towel was not provided, kettle was not working. Everytime we were calling to reception. Not worth for 3k. Only positive is they will clean the room everyday.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is very polite. Price is also reasonable.

Rooms are neat and clean. Location wise it is very nice. Staffs were friendly and cooperative. Overall the stay was good.
