They overbooked and even after confirming for rooms, oyo said the rooms were available but when I reached , they blatantly said no rooms and I should go It was at 1 am in the night and I was having exam the next day No-one attends the call in the morning or at night even if they get a call from oyo You will be left hanging and they won't even give you refund back saying there isn't confirmation from their side But they wont lift the call if you complaint from oyo Giving 1 star because there isn't anything less

Such an irresponsible attitude from the hotel staff.. they are also very rude
Go for other options bad experience cockroaches roaming around in the rooms paid extra for rooms at reception still they asked for extra money for one mattress
