Food is really tasty, especially their dosas are awesome. It's an old restaurant and still carries the old conventional ambience. Prices are reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Supreme, Vizag Beach Road. The food was absolutely pathetic--bland, stale, and nowhere near what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. I raised my concerns with the reception, hoping for some resolution, but the staff was completely indifferent. They didn't even acknowledge my complaint properly and still charged me the full bill. The lack of customer service and the staff's rude, careless attitude ruined my stay. If you're expecting good hospitality, I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere. Definitely not worth the money!

Hotel is just opposite sea and the view from the window is nice. Breakfast spread, which is inclusive of tariff, is also good. ||That's all about the niceties. The rooms are too small to move. If you are a healthy person, never move into the bathing area in the bathroom as you will sure to be stuck in. Moreover it tooooo much high-priced. And they will quote the tariff to guests as they wish, as there is no tariff list in their website. They sent me a mail confirming our stay quoting one room-rate, then they sent me another higher room-rate. I replied with a legal threatening and they stopped saying anything and sticked to the previous rate. But this shows their attitude.||I strongly recommended everyone to find other hotels near sea beach, as there are so.many. Try to stay at any other hotel except this.

Visited this restaurant with friends- Ambience: Good! but noisy as the restaurant is full at the time we went in the afternoon. Food: Veg: 1. Mixed Veg Biryani - Average 2. Paneer Pyaz Tikka - Good but not worth the price. Non-Veg: 1. Pandumirchi Kodi Biryani - Excellent Taste ( Must Try) 2. Mutton Pulao - Good 3. Boneless Chicken Biryani - Worst (its like a mix of Chicken fry peices mixed with plain rice with extra oil) Service: Taking too much time to get the food to the table. It took around 45 Min to 1 hr to get the ordered food to our table. Try to order all items at once to save some time!.

We ordered Malai chicken tikka, chicken majestic, Daab Chingri and Roti. Malai chicken tasted stale. Daab chingri was not worth it. Chicken majestic was delicious and Roti was soft was good.
