The Q Hotel

Overall the hotel was good. But I have the following suggestions. 1. As in photo draw does not open as the main door obstructs. That should be fixed. 2. The towels given were not clean enough. White towel looks pale and seems to be not washed properly. 3. Each floor has a single room of the same type. We booked two rooms but they gave in two different floors. This was not clear while booking. When asked at reception they simply try to put into different rooms on the same floor but increase the room price to next level. Which is ridiculous. 4. Ac remote and TV remote are not working. Even though it has good batteries. When booking is done before hand rooms should be prepared for upcoming guests.

My recent travel experience was truly exceptional, from the moment I arrived at the hotel to the last goodbye. The hotel was impeccably clean, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. . when I was planning araku trip i book cab at hotel it was reasonable price & pretty good car found i was explore araku every detailed with guidance of driver

Worst customer service, the reception guy doesn't even care for enquiry. Lost a potential customer because of his behaviour. Will not recommend to go ahead with them. If the quality of the service needs to be maintained. The quality people should be hired. Calling me back to remove the review is hilarious. If you were that serious about the ratings then the response should have been better. Blaming it on a customer who came back from lift again and trying to explain that its a misunderstanding is fake. Who asked you to do multi-tasking in the first place. I have never seen such a response from any people who are actually into Serious Business. If you are doing it for the sake of doing it then maybe the hotel is not the right line of business.

Not value for money, we realised later that it is costly compare with other hotels in that area and the facilities they provide. They charged 1000RS extra for early check-in even we stayed 22hrs in that hotel. Initially they told me we can use their washrooms for freshup if we do not get room by the time we reached, but in ground floor they do have only lavetrene, no facility for brusing the teeth, insisted us to pay extra for early check-in. Extra matress they provided is not comfortable and extra blankets they provided are not washed and not good. ** By seeing my review manager called me and questioned me why did I write the review like this**

This is going to be probably the last hotel I would choose to stay in whenever I am in this city. The reception is so bad that you feel like leaving the hotel as and when you interact with them. I am an avid traveller and I to some extent know the regular hotel rules but when someone without any reasons remind me again and again about the check-out time and then out of nowhere tells me about the hotel rules - I would understand that this person didn't have a great start of the day and is just taking his frustration out on a wrong person and I will forgive but I will not forget to mention that. Well for many reasons; I am certainly not coming back here.

Very nice hotel Staffs are very nice very supportive. Over all good experience.

Rooms : Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with all modern fittings.Immaculately hygienic.Electric kettle,tea & coffee sachets were provided inside the room. Elevator facility was there. Location: Excellent.Just opposite to the Matsyadarshini, R K Beach. Service : Satisfied. Food : No in-house restaurant.They delivered breakfast to our room which was not upto the mark. However as the hotel is itself at the prime location one can easily access various food outlets near R K Beach.So it's not a major issue. Travel Desk : They are in collaboration with Shiv Shankar Tours & Travels. The service of the tour operator was undoubtedly one of the best things during our trip. Their personalized suggestions helped us cover all the places within our stipulated time. They provided us with new cars with knowledgeable drivers. Overall highly RECOMMEND

Excellent hotel located at a prime location with large rooms with very good interiors and facilities and good parking space at affordable rate. The hotel is right next to RK beach with close proximity to the submarine museum, aircraft museum and other local sight seeing places. The manager Mr. Kartik is very polite and courteous and gave us the rooms as per our requirements.
