The Port Hotel

I recently stayed at The Port Hotel in Visakhapatnam, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and attentive to every detail, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy, and the ambiance of the room was perfect for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety of options available, including made-to-order dishes like dosas and omelets, was impressive. The food was fresh and delicious, which made for a great start to my day. The hotel's location is another big plus. Being so close to Rama Krishna Beach, I could easily take a walk to enjoy the sea breeze and the beautiful views. It's also conveniently located near other attractions and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for tourists. Overall, The Port Hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent service, comfortable accommodations,

Food is really good. They maintain good quality standards. The price is a bit negotiable. Veg cigars are a must try.. . Good & hygienic ambience..

Booked a hall of 50 pax for a Birthday party, there was a delay in the lunch buffet which was supposed to be ready by 2.00pm, but got served at 2.30 pm .So when i tried to speak with the GM, his attitude was very rude, he said we are not giving you food which was made in the morning, we are making fresh food in the Afternoon for you specifically and going to serve you so it will take time. All the staff in this hotel are well mannered , but the GM of this hotel is very arrogant and rude, never seen such arrogant person in the hospitality industry. Better to avoid this property due to the GM.

Good food Tikka masala gravy was good Mongolian rice Oily not that good Platter was okish Stuffed chicken steak a bit of kebab Creamy gravy nd juicy stuffing mix of 3 A good blast Wouldn't say top but a good 1 Tried their Veg starter tilla kebab not that good Main course murgh sirka pyaaz was a lite version of butter chicken Nd for soup tom yum nt upto mark Chilli milli kebab yumyum Baby corn sticks were good Nice thought

I booked this property by go through the reviews but As compared to Price i am not satisfied with this Property with respect to its services, facilities and Comforts. only the plus point is its location. 1. Rooms and comfort and cleaning : Rooms are well decorated but very small in size which might feel discomfort. The bathroom is well furnished but the taps and bath shower are not working properly. No road facing rooms available. Daily basis they Cleaning the room ( on request). 2.Facility : As compared to price they don't provide Basic amenities like Tea , Coffee pouch or even electric kettle for warm water drink. They only provide 2 Nos of 500ml water bottle as amenities but one day they forget to serve the same. This property has Single lift function. 3. Parking : Improper Parking Facility. Extremely congested area for parking. New Leaner may face Difficulties while parking the vehicle.

Food is simply superb. The ambience and Port theme is amazing and we had a wonderful dinner with family on New year Eve Must try Cigars a signature food item they serve. The staff is very friendly and the service was so good. The only drawback is finding its route. It is located on the road but due to one way we feel difficult to reach.
