Excellent place to stay for a small family. Nice, quiet and comfortable rooms. Neat and clean rooms. Service and hospitality is very good. Enough parking space for a mini SUV. Food is simple and modest - need not worry about quality. All in all, we always prefer to stay here when in Visakhapatnam or prefer to eat here when passing through. Full marks to staff and management.

The breakfast was exceptionally well with a good dining area. Definitely a value for money and I will choose to stay again if visiting vizag thank you

We booked superior king room through agoda for a family of two with a kid. Don't know how hoe it appeared as 1 guest so we had to pay extra 500 . The initial conversation from the lady at the reception was so loud and so disrespectful. She said we can cancel your booking it's your fault you pay for it. Later we understood there is some problem with agoda with the hotel so their bookings and communications are very confusing and causing problems to the customer. Second , the lift operates from 1st floor. So the security person carried our 2 trolleys and used it himself. While we were asked to use stairs with other 3 hang baggages and my kid from the ground floor. As per them its a security reason. Dont know what exact security is behind this awful scenario. Third, the room costs around 3.5k having no toiletries in the washroom, no hair drier at the property, no fridge. No complimentary water bottles. You need to fill water from the common area by your own. I dont know how this hotel stated as 3 star hotel with these type of amenities. They even confused and irritated us with our previous cancelled booking details as they dont have the cancellation mail from agoda. Pathetic hotel and pathetic management. Would not recommend to anyone. Very bad experience.

Calm and decent homely hotel at affordable rates (for Vizag).||Homely food and excellent staff support.||Dining room and food facilities only for residents. Good Andhra food (Veg & Non veg). One may chance the hotel owner eating at the same place too.||Good sleep comfort.||I recommend this place to other travellers too and I myself shall not hesitate staying at this place in future too, if the same conditions are maintained! ||Wish the hotel and all their staff members the very best.||Hemantha Kumar Pamarthy

A decent enough hotel in Balaji Nagar, Visakhapatnam. Not a star hotel but quite comfortable. Guests are well looked after. Breakfast spread was good.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay. They allow 24 hours checkin-checkout which is very convenient for those arriving early or leaving late. The rooms are very neat and tidy, though a bit compact but sufficient for 2 people. The bathrooms are clean. The location is in the middle of commercial area where you get autos or cabs easily and have many restaurants within walking distance. And yet, there was no noise in the room. Its not walkable from beach but you can get autos and cab easily. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
