Super Townhouse Gajuwaka Near CMR Mall

Don't know what can be worse, the location , the rooms, cleanliness, every single thing about it is worse. None of the staff has no clue what they're into. Looks like they're running an old school lodge. This shouldn't be recommended to any one who's booking online. Even an oyo room is well maintained. They charged us 2K one night stay, it's horrible.

There weren't any other women or families at the time I lodged. The corridor lights were out pretty early around 8:30 PM. Did not feel safe for women travelling alone. Also the name of the hotel was different from what was advertised (Hotel MV Hrand instead of Super townhouse) No hotel/restaurant that serves food in close vicinity to have dinner after 9:00. Though breakfast was included, they had to depend on some other hotel to open to provide that and they do not have any in house catering facility

some room staff was asking tip in directly.when i check out my room ,i put the money inside the room.just few minutes 5 to 10 minutes after i go and check the room money is not there.i ask the staff,that guy' said there is no money in room .rest of every thing is good.

No car parking you have to park on roads. The road also very congestic. Service is really bad for everything they will say 10 minutes. I checked in at 9:30 PM no pillows in room, light not working in wash room, wash basin was broke inside wash room, no hot water provided. After I get everything after multiple followups it is 12:30 AM. Pathetic service. I will recommend not to opt.

There is no Manager available, No proper service, Staff was not so friendly, Basic aminities were missing, Rooms are not sound proof to much noice from outside. Staff advise not to book online to claim extra amount than actual fare, No receipts provided. Outside food not allowed, Room service doesn't provide food on time, Overall Not at all recommended for Executive Business stay.

The room is okay, but the service is very bad. It's not worth the price they charge. Easy to locate, but the car parking is small.

They 1st alloted a room where the wash basin in the bathroom was broken completely. Then allotted 1 more room with the linens extremely dirty. Even the matress was filthy. The caretaker changed the linen upon complaining. Drinking water is also filthy. Had an odour. The kettle available in the room had a thick layer of tea/milk residue. The caretaker was insisting that we use it. This place is not for those who expect the minimum level of cleanliness. They don't have housekeeping service or maintenance of the rooms. Note: The pics available of the room on Google and Agoda are fake or very old. Pls don't be carried away with them. Only Good thing is it's location.

Rooms aren't amazing but they're definitely worth the price you pay for them. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a budget hotel facing the main road, near HSL or HPCL or naval areas. Breakfast options are around a kilometer away though. The hotel location is mostly filled with clothes stores, with a supermarket within a kilometer away. A decent place overall, would definitely rebook if I visit again.
